Cotton Warehouses
Due to its location in the center of Genoa, the congress center of the Cotton Warehouses, immersed in the area of the Porto Antico, is a backdrop that enhances every experience and a unique location in its kind, characterised by the versatility of its outdoor spaces and the suggestiveness of indoor spaces.

Jean Nouvel Pavilion - Genoa Fair Marina
The Blue Pavilion of the Genoa Fair Marina was designed by Atelier Jean Nouvel and has as reference elements the strategic position at the entrance of the port, overlooking two large marinas. The structure is characterised by extensive use of glass surfaces and reflective ceilings and integration on the south side with the sea.
With these characteristics, the pavilion offers itself as a multifunctional container for fairs, events characterised by high spectacularity, corporate conventions, film sets, and initiatives of any nature.
Villa Durazzo
The villa, a typical square-shaped Alessian construction, was built in 1678 as the summer residence of the Durazzo family, and in 1821, it was transferred to the Centurione princes. In 1892, during the Columbus Celebrations, the villa was temporarily transformed into a Grand Hotel, hosting personalities from the international aristocracy.
In 1919, the property was acquired by Alfredo Chierichetti, who finalised the park’s definitive arrangement. His heirs finally sold the complex to the Municipality of Santa Margherita in 1973. The villa features spacious internal rooms and spectacular terraces, making it the ideal venue for receptions, wedding banquets, gala dinners, and civil weddings. In the grand Hall of Stuccoes on the noble floor, congresses and cultural and journalistic awards are organised, while the large atrium on the ground floor is suitable for classical music concerts.
Along the avenues of the large romantic park, market exhibitions, photographic and cinematographic services are held. The annex, Villa San Giacomo, hosts the “Coffee House,” a small oasis of refreshment where you can enjoy an aperitif in the freshness of the Italian Garden.
Villa Riviera
